Who can join?
This event is aimed at students, early-career researchers, and developers. All skill levels are welcome, but a basic understanding of programming is recommended.
How much does it cost?
Nothing! Participation is 100% free, thanks to IQM. All meals and drinks are provided.
Do I need a team?
You can register as an individual and find a team during the team-building session on Saturday. You can also register as a pre-formed team.
Do I need quantum computing experience?
No! We are looking for passionate individuals. We will provide crash courses and mentors to help you get started with IQM’s platforms.
What should I bring?
Your laptop, charger, any personal items you need, and a lot of curiosity.
What about sleeping?
The venue will be open overnight for the 24-hour hacking period. While there are no dedicated sleeping rooms, you are welcome to find a quiet corner to nap. We recommend bringing a sleeping bag or pillow if you plan to stay.

Staying Overnight:
The hacking period is a 24-hour sprint from 1:00 PM Saturday to 1:00 PM Sunday. The venue will remain open for all participants during this time. Please note that dedicated sleeping facilities (like beds) will not be provided.

Our primary rule is respect. We are dedicated to providing an inclusive, safe, and collaborative environment for everyone.

Build On-Site:
All project code and solutions must be built during the official 24-hour hacking period. You may not come with a ready-made solution. Using publicly available, open-source libraries is permitted.

Be Respectful:
Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.
